Attention teachers and self-taught programmers! Thanks to the help from Toni Scullion, the creator of dressCode, teachers can now use our online Intro to SQL course to teach students how to command the dominant database query language. This isn't exclusive to teachers however! Anyone already familiar SQL can use this curriculum as a guide to bring their friends and family to their level. And remember, the highest level of learning, is teaching. You can read more about the course and the fantastic resources included here. |

It's that time of the year, cobwebs are growing, ghosts are rising, and the cashier doesn't give you weird looks when you buy 5 large bags of Kit Kats. We know we're a little late to the spooky party, but what scary repl did you make this year? If you haven't yet and still want too, checkout a spooky story generator with music, or an even spookier .io game! The choice is yours, but make something that gives your players a FRIGHT. |

Coding is not some mythical task, it's not rocket science. Coding is the ability to bend computers to your will, and create impressive displays that will last indefinitely. While not everyone can code, anyone can code. All it takes is some time, problem solving, and a willingness to learn. Read about how Brittany Pirkle begins her programming hobby by starting out with knowing nothing. It's sure to be inspiring, and give you a perspective you may not have had before. |
