At Repl.it, we're always looking to put power in our user's hands without being overwhelming to new members. That's why we created the CLUI command bar, letting people access all of their repl's features, without covering the repl with buttons and drop down menus. We tried it on mobile, and it was a massive hit! So now we're bringing it to desktop, everything included. For more information on how CLUI works and how to use it to maximise your efficiency, checkout our blog post.

Do you have what it takes to become a professional developer? We think you do! It takes practice, it takes an education, sprinkled with a bit of experience. And even if programming is just a hobby to you, it doesn't mean you can't master the same computer science skills developers have. That's why we're releasing 7 Questions in partnership with Career Karma to prepare you for python/javascript interviews! If you want to join the coding work force, these are a must read if you plan on using either language. And even if you don't, checkout the tutorial to hone your skills and unlock your hacker potential! You can find the python tutorial here, and the javascript tutorial over here.

Hello teachers, educators, those who use Repl.it to inform others, we have an update regarding our classroom products. School is back and you may have heard that we are releasing Teams for Education, our new updated version of Repl.it Classroom. What you may not have heard, is that if you're having trouble getting Repl.it into your school's budget, you can apply to get access for FREE. When you're ready, get your computer science class started with the new Teams for Education (beta).

We also have FREE beginner Python and HTML/CSS curricula that you can use and modify for your classes! If you'd be interested in writing curricula/content for other languages or intermediate/advanced content, we'd love to talk! We've got budget to pay you. Please email contact@repl.it.

Does your choice matter? Well you're choosing to read this newsletter so we'd say it matters to us! However this Repl Talk game wants to investigate that question further. Spawning from a school project this student used their creativity to make this game and answer the simple question, does your choice matter? To find out for yourself, be sure to check out their game on Repl Talk which you can find here.

Thank you for reaching the end of our newsletter, and for that, we have a present for you! We've had lots of messages asking where the newsletter puzzles went, why we're not doing it anymore. Well as a matter of fact we are still doing puzzles, and we created our largest puzzle yet. Those who are familiar with The Advent of Code will find similarities with the puzzle we created, which you can find, play, and solve here. Feel free to share your answers on Repl Talk (But add spoiler warnings!). I hope you enjoyed this week's edition of the Repl.it Newsletter, stay sharp!
># See you next time!
As always, please feel free to give us feedback on our feedback boards!

Best,
Nathan & the rest of the Repl.it Team
